Description

Long-term purpose: To enable MAE’s technical members and other sector stakeholders to identify, plan, and implement measures that support national objectives for livestock development and greenhouse gas (GHG) mitigation in line with Viet Nam’s Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC). 

Specific objective: To strengthen the capacity of technical members of MARD and other sector stakeholders to effectively carry out their responsibilities for GHG inventory, measurement, reporting, and verification (MRV) in the livestock sector.
