The work aims to 1) quantify the levels of AMR (E.coli, Salmonella, Campylobacter); 2) determine the selection and persistence of AMR strains; 3) determine genetic relatedness of the isolates and 4) investigation of mobile genetic elements associated with AMR transfer.
