Objectives:

1. Describe the context and barriers of adopting government initiatives to mitigate COVID-19

2. Assess dietary diversity among household in informal settlement before and after COVID-19 and assess the impact of selected government initiatives to mitigate COVID-19 on dietary diversity and health outcome

3. To carry out a cross-sectional study among a sample of 174 households with children under-five in Langas ward in Uasin Gishu County.
